interesting submission but i think leadership skills in any individual will vary depending on the mentality, age and social status of those he is leading. some people are responsible and duty conscious and need not be pushed; they will obviously have relevant ideas which can be worked upon and developed. others are just so lazy and have a care free attitude towards work so much so that the must be forced and if possible punished by their leader. all the same, your approach is good.
